Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes or brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters for the non-licensed ride on cars.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB,T/C.

A: Generally, it will take 25 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, We have the design department. If you can provide us the size of your area, our designer could make the design according to your area dimension and your special requirements. Or you can choose the popular designs from our catalog suit for you.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q9:How long is the warranty time for the amusement equipment?
A: Warranty time: 12 months. Warranty conditions see below:If any quality problems (except man made problems and under abnormal use) happen during warranty time, for example, crack of plastic accessories, color fading and damage of the iron parts etc.The buyer should inform the seller within 14 days after finding the quality problems.And the buyer should provide the same quality and new accessories free within 30 days.
