Tusi has unveiled its latest Remote Control Battery Powered Ride-on Toy for the international market. Designed for children aged 3‑6, the toy integrates 2.4G remote control, Bluetooth music playback, one‑button start, and LED lighting – transforming a simple ride‑on car into an interactive, parent‑supervised play experience. Available in pink and blue, the vehicle is now in mass production and supports OEM/ODM customisation.

Dual Control Modes: Parental Remote and Independent Driving

Unlike many children's electric cars that only support manual driving, Tusi's new model comes with a 2.4G wireless remote controller. Parents can take over steering, forward/backward movement, and turning at any time, effectively preventing accidents caused by child misoperation. When the child is ready, the car can be switched to manual mode, allowing them to control the steering wheel and pedal independently, creating a smooth transition from supervised to self‑driving.

Bluetooth Music and Light Effects for Immersive Play

The vehicle features a built‑in Bluetooth module, enabling connection to smartphones or tablets to play children's songs, stories, or educational audio through the onboard speaker. The front LED lights improve visibility in low‑light conditions and add a realistic driving feel. Pre‑loaded melodies also play automatically upon startup, instantly capturing the child's attention.

Powered by a 6V7AH rechargeable battery and a #380 motor, the car delivers approximately 1‑2 hours of continuous use on a full charge, with speed limited to a safe range for young riders. The body is made of high‑strength plastic, with rounded edges and non‑toxic materials, meeting international toy safety standards. The compact size (97×55×45.5 cm) and lightweight design (9.6 kg net) make it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Compact Packaging and Efficient Logistics

With export markets in mind, Tusi has optimised packaging: each unit comes in a colour box measuring 96×53.5×31 cm, with a volume of just 0.16 CBM and a gross weight of 9.6 kg. A 40HQ container can hold up to 420 units, offering significant shipping cost advantages. The product is already available for bulk orders and can be customised in colour and branding.
